Frequently Asked Questions

Keep your cake in a cool, dry place. Most cakes can sit at room temperature for 2-4 hours. If your cake has perishable fillings or frosting, refrigerate it, and bring it to room temperature before serving for the best flavor.
Always place your cake on a flat surface in your vehicle—preferably the empty trunk or floor, not a seat. Handle it gently and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns. Once it leaves Sugar Stuff, we’re not responsible for any damage during transport.
At this time, all cakes are pickup only.
Pickup is by appointment only at our Atlanta location. Your pickup time as well as our full address will be confirmed when your order is complete. We offer a 30-minute pickup window for all orders. Arrivals beyond this window will be accommodated at the next available time slot.
All orders picked up are final sale. We do not offer refunds once the cake leaves our kitchen.
